Explore the beauty of Australia through day and weekend trips! We usually have trips about once or twice per month.
We are primarily interested in all kinds of outdoor activities such as hiking/bushwalking, camping, bicycling, rock climbing, mountaineering, orienteering and many others. We also run a bunch of social activities each month.
For the more advanced people we also offer longer and more challenging trips.
We have weekly meetings every Tuesday in the lounge on the ground floor of The George building at Swinburne university, 24 Wakefield Street. Afterwards we will go to a more relaxed place such as The Hawthorn Hotel on 481 Burwood Road, Hawthorn, or Beer DeLuxe very close to Swinburne university. Please just drop in to one of our meetings!The second Thursday of each month is the Explorers Social Night. A dinner will be arranged by one of the Explorers somewhere in Melbourne. This has been an ongoing activity since April 2011.
